Fantastic experience from start to finish with Gaia. Everyone I have had contact with have been really communicative, empathetic and friendly at what has been a long and at times stressful journey. It has taken away some of the financial burden allowing us to take our time focusing on the IVF and deal with everything else at a later date. We are now proud parents to our much longed for little girl and are thankful for the part Gaia have played in this.
Lucy was truly amazing! She talked me through absolutely everything, and always answered any of my off the wall questions! She was very prompt about getting back to me, she was very kind and checked in to make sure I was well. Lucy was amazing through getting started!
We are 1 cycle in to using Gaia and I could not recommend them enough. They are the big warm hug you didn't know you needed during a challenging time. Extremely communicative, caring staff and a seamless experience from start to finish. It's so refreshing to not have to engage with automated responses or call centers - every interaction is personable and helpful. Their prescription partner platform is also amazing - modern interface, helpful how-to videos, available pharmacy staff and simple ordering. It's a big commitment but one we'd make over and over again. If you have the opportunity, go with Gaia!
Gaia has been a blessing to work with. My husband and I have been going through infertility for almost 6 years. We were finally at the point were ivf was our best option but financially we were not able to afford it. Thankfully our clinic had told us about Gaia and we dug in for information. It was such an awesome process. I was alittle disappointed because I thought we would make monthly payments to Gaia but in fact you do not, that was alittle misleading. However every step after that with Gaia has been amazing. They have been so supportive and encouraging. They have checked in during our cycle. They’ve sent a welcome package. It was been a blessing to have Gaia Family in our family. We are still in the process of transfers but Gaia has even made that process more convenient.
After self funding two rounds of IVF which failed, we knew we had to give it one more round before throwing in the towel. Once you’ve started IVF you understand how it takes over a big part of your life and affects you physically, mentally and can make some social situations uncomfortable.We did not have the funds for our third round and decided to change to a clinic with better statistics. This also came with a higher price tag compared to our last clinic (which was well worth it).I was a little dubious about how good to be true Gaia sounded. However, after making contact and speaking with Lucy, everything was clear and clean cut. Every step was explained and regular contact to ensure all was going well with treatment.I truly felt supported when speaking to different members of Gaia, each person was kind, caring and made the journey a little easier. Whilst there were check ins, it never felt intrusive and more like your friend checking in to see how you are.Gaia even sent a small gift in the post after signing up and it truly was a lovely touch.I think Gaia is the way forward to afford what can be very expensive treatment and a massive barrier preventing people from starting families. It’s reassuring to know when finances allow we can make additional payments without being penalised for closing the finance earlier than the agreed date.Thank you Gaia for being a big part of our journey. We now have a beautiful healthy baby girl with a mop of hair and the potential to have two further children in the future thanks to this round.
