Tracking was good, product was nice but, kind of concerned on one of the items. I was not expecting the decal to feel like an iron on, respectfully it is a nice item however there was no washing instructions, other than that so far I’m pleased with the product and tracking and delivery was smooth.

I ordered 2 hoodie sweatshirts. My order was delivered promptly but was not what I ordered. I received crew neck sweatshirts instead of hoodies. I contacted customer service who just argued with me. I said I wanted to exchange for hoodies or get a refund. They refuse to do either. Their return policy states they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I asked how to do the return & they just ignored me. Don’t buy from this company! They do not honor their word.

Lack of communication and support

There is absolutely no communication from them. They seem more interested in selling additional items than providing updates on my order. I placed an order for a Christmas gift on the 11th, and here I am on the 21st with no idea if it will arrive. I've sent three emails without any reply, and I'm beginning to feel like I was scammed. I will definitely not be returning for future purchases.

Size Issues and Poor Customer Service

I reached out to the company via email to explain that the size is significantly smaller than I expected. I usually wear an XL, which is exactly what I ordered, but their sizes run smaller. I requested assistance for an exchange. The company informed me that they wouldn't replace the sweater unless I paid an additional $15.00. I went ahead and paid that amount, but here I am, seven days later, with no response. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since my purchase was meant to support a cause.
