Way more complicated than a tax refund should be.We did not succeed in claiming our refund with this system which requires a lot effort and pictures. All this is done within minutes with other systems which allow you to claim your tax refund by simply filling out a form and presenting your items when leaving the country.To the point where we now actively look for shops that offer Global Blue (e.g.) rather than PIE VAT
