They are scammers, forcing customers to pay for their subscription. When you ask for evidence of the copyright violation, they don’t respond but send you another threatening email after a couple of weeks. Please don’t let them use this unethical psychological tactic.
I received a copyright violation notice on 19 Jan 2026 after an email on 16 June 2020. I bought a slide design from the platform, but it was similar to another design from a different vendor that I purchased on 17 April 2020. I hadn’t used it since then. Now, I'm confused about why I feel pressured to subscribe. I'm hesitant to even click the link. This feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend trusting this vendor.
I received a notification from the platform stating that I violated copyright on 19 Jan 2026 after their last email on 16 June 2020. I bought a subscription for the website and didn't receive what I needed. The art was advertised as a PSD (Photoshop project), but when I downloaded it, it was just a .jpg image. There are many such misleading "projects" on the site. I emailed them and only received a response saying they would look into it.
This site is a scam! I signed up as a premium user expecting the promised features, but there is no download button available, even though it should be included. I've tried contacting the support team multiple times with no response. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and not receive what's advertised. I strongly advise against using this site unless they resolve these issues and start supporting their users properly.
This website is deceptive; it falsely claims to offer unlimited downloads. If you download too much content, you get blocked with a warning: "Excessive Downloads Alert!" I received an email stating I'm only allowed to download 100 items per day, and they still blocked me. I requested proof but haven't heard back. The alert says I must wait 15 minutes before downloading more, but the warning keeps appearing. Their website indicates that lifetime premium members have unlimited downloads, and I have such a subscription.
