This seems to be a fraudulent operation. I returned an item nine months ago and have yet to receive a refund. My calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and they offer ridiculous excuses. Avoid ordering from them to spare yourself the hassle. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. They are nothing but thieves.
The service is very dishonest. They fail to ship products within the promised timeframe. There is no indication on the website that items are second-hand; this information is only revealed after payment through email. The chat function is completely ineffective. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform.
I placed an order online on 15 October, paid, but due to an error on their website, they claim they didn't receive the payment despite being charged. No solutions have been provided by the support team, which is often unresponsive. I feel scammed—beware if you consider shopping here.

After contacting them, I was told to wait, but still nothing arrived. Thankfully, I read the negative reviews in time and canceled my order before being scammed. They claim to refund my money once they confirm I haven't received the item. I canceled today and am now waiting. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend trusting such a poorly managed service.
They are completely outrageous! I bought a console, received it with an open box, and it was broken upon turning it on. I returned it immediately, but after a few days, they claimed they received it and that I would get my money back. That did not happen. After multiple calls, they said the refund would be processed, but then claimed I wouldn't receive my money because the console was not working—this was due to it being defective when they sent it to me! This is fraud, and I plan to report it.
