Honestly a really frustrating experience. I ordered their “Diamond Standard” server for my smp and it’s been nothing but constant crashes. Their website claims it can handle around 18 to 23 players. we barely have 7 and it still can’t cope. I’m only running 3 plugins so it’s definitely not a heavy server.
What makes it worse is the RAM keeps filling up and after an hour or two the whole server crashes and rolls back progress by a minute or two. Super annoying. When I reached out to support all they said was that I needed to upgrade which just felt like an excuse.
I moved to a different host with only 4GB RAM and guess what? Zero issues. Really disappointing overall. I wouldn’t recommend this host based on my experience.

WHO WOULDVE THOUGHT THE MODS WILL JS DO THE CONFIGING FOR YOU WELL THATS WHAT THEY DDO FOR ME I WAS STRUGGLING TO FIX THIS PROBLMEM ABOUT A WORLD DOWNLOAD AND THEY JUST FIX IT FOR YOU ON YOUR ACCOUNT U JUST SIT BACK AND RELAX WHILE THE ADMINS DO THERE MAJIC
I have been hosting various game servers for 15 years now. I just set up my server here a couple of hours ago, so I don't have long term experience as of writing this review but I am very impressed and happy.Performance is excellent, pricing is very competitive for what you get. There are cheaper options, of course but for the feature set and performance I don't think it can be beat.I got my VPS fully set up in a short amount of time and I have monitored performance, it is vastly more performant than what we were running before. Hytale here I come!I had a technical issue on the website, used the chat feature and got a response within seconds. Turns out it was a technical issue on their end, I got thanked and got discounted to compensate for the inconvenience.
I received a consultation on Discord with the support team to find out which dedicated server would fit my needs best. The server I required wasn’t available at that moment, but the team managed to source it within just one day and set it up exactly according to my configuration.It was really important for me to have the server ready before the weekend (even though I ordered on Thursday, knowing it might take a few days). Still, the Pineriver team delivered everything by Saturday (!) — far exceeding my expectations.Overall, an amazing experience: outstanding customer support and a truly powerful server.
