I am very frustrated with this travel agency’s service. It has been over 14 days, and my security deposit refund is still NOT showing up in my account. There has been no clear explanation, no updates, and no urgency from their side. Their so-called “agents” are nearly impossible to reach. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and following up is a nightmare. Once they have your money, communication ceases. This isn't just poor service — it feels like intentional neglect. Holding onto a client’s money without any updates or resolution is unacceptable and raises significant concerns. If you want to avoid the hassle of chasing your own funds or dealing with endless stress, DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. I regret choosing them and would never recommend this agency to anyone. They are causing a lot of inconvenience!
-I completed the payment for the visa application on December 11, which included the requirements for my family (4 people), and the agent submitted it on December 12. Our flight is scheduled for December 23. -I waited and consistently followed up until December 19. -On December 20, the agent informed me that the process was still ongoing as immigration was limiting approvals for 30-day visa applications. -On December 21, I requested the application number so I could check directly with immigration the next day. The agent couldn't provide it, stating it needed to be requested from their visa department. She promised to update me on the visa status the following morning, but that did not happen. -On the morning of December 22, I visited their office to obtain the visa application number, as immigration could only assist me with that information. I waited over an hour since the agent only arrived at 1 PM. I insisted on just the application number to return to immigration. I also wanted to confirm the exact submission date. I was assured it was submitted that same day. Another agent explained the immigration announcement limiting approvals for 30 days, stating it was beyond their control. When the agent arrived, I reiterated my request, which I had made the day before. My sister and I decided to consult other travel agents and discovered that there was no such announcement from immigration. I requested to withdraw and cancel the application to avoid duplication when the new travel agent reapplies. That’s when I learned the shocking truth: my application had been placed in a queue, and there was nothing to follow up on. This was why they could not provide an application number. They just wanted me to wait for the visa to become active in the system. They even suggested I apply for a 60-day visa instead, costing $850 each, to receive same-day approval. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about trusting this company with such important matters. I’m sharing this because many others are in the same situation, as mentioned by the agent. The claim that this is beyond their control is misleading. They could have been honest, as there are other options available, rather than rebooking tickets that cost me over $800 for four people. So be cautious. While the agents are kind and respectful, honesty and transparency should accompany that.
