Good platform, but payment issues

The platform is good and helpful. However, I'm experiencing problems related to payment. There was a lack of transparency when migrating from the free trial to the paid plan. Even after downgrading, I was charged over $200 due to maintaining perks from the Premium package. The checkout communication needs improvement, as it was unclear and led to an expensive mistake that I'm currently trying to resolve with the support team.
