Ordered 1 unit, 2 units processed

I ordered 1 unit(educational puzzle). When processed, I was charged for 2 units. I immediately emailed customer service and requested order be corrected. No response or refund. With in 24 hrs I sent 2nd order with the order number. No response and no refund. I received an email stating order has been delivered. I never received, I emailed customer support and I’m awaiting a response.

PIPIUP never deliverd the product

PIPIUP never communicated regarding the oder. They never delivered the order. Theyy never replied to the inquiries. After one month from the oder date I received email that the item was delivered. THAT WAS A LIE. I initiated dispute via PAYPAL. They did not respond to PAYPAL either.SCAM! FRAUD!
