Total waste of money.

The advertisement showed a rotating blade cutting the nail. Instead it was a round piece of sandpaper. The opening to insert the nail was not big enough unless you have long nails. The motor was very weak. Using an emery sanding board would be easier for pennies. This was a total waste of time and money.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I sent an email immediately after placing the order informing you that the apartment number was not on the address. I never heard back from you and do not know if the apartment number was put on the address. If it wasn’t put on, the mailman will not know what to do with it. So, I haven’t received the order and request a full refund.

Does not work

It doesn't do what it showers in the video. My nail do not even touch the tool that is supposed to cut my nail.K am wondering if something is missing. All there is is a little rod that sticks up but does nothing.

After 3 weeks I have still not received or heard anything back from the two emails I sent to this company after reading the reviews which I should have done from the first place I can see that they're either incompetent or just straight up crooks they need to be looked into by the feds fortunately I know people that can do the looking from the feds

The product is a total piece of junk

The shipping was exceptionally long which I understand the company can't control. Then when the product finally arrived it is a total piece of junk, I'm sorry I wasted my money on it!
