Review Time
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The package arrived 2 weeks late, and when it finally arrived, the box was damaged. The iPhone 14 Pro Max case did not fit the phone at all, even though it was supposed to be the correct model, and the case itself was deformed.I have tried to return the case, but they do not respond to emails or phone calls.I strongly advise no one to buy from here. The products are clearly fake.
Well MaxPure Cases replied………and their response was to call my review A.I., well I can upload a PDF of my receipt, and a photo of my ApplePay…..they where happy to take my money. They did send me a email (which , I can also submit if required), they offered a refund if I sent the two pieces back to the , hence lies the problem……..Canada Post is on strike,they did not offer me a return prepaid shipping label……..and I’m not paying $36.00 (Canadian) to ship something back to Croatia, bottom line the items are very cheap and not worth the money, I stand by my statement and unlike MaxPureCases I can prove it.sincerely Ralph
Clearly fake.Quality nowhere near what you'd expect for actual apple items. Case sizing was off, ugly lines visible around the case where it should be smooth, glue on the inside of the case...Main thing that resembles the real apple version is the feel of the silicone.
I’ve got an amazing experience on Max Pure Cases online website. I’ve bought an IPhone case and I realise I’ve made a mistake about the size. So I went to the website contact link and I’ve explained my situation. In the same day I got an email saying they were ready to refund me. I’m surprised and very happy with the customer service and support I’ve got from the company. I will buy the correct IPhone case and I’m going to keep this website for my future purchases as well.
Very average!… they hide behind the small print … delivery confirmed for today but no delivery and no response?.. just changed this to 1 star because they say they have delivered it to a “safe place”… total rubbish .. we have secure letter box and there is no sign of any delivery … UPDATE … I have now had positive dialogue with a member of cust services who has been very helpful … it seems my ire should be directed at Yodel so apologies Maxpure cases who have agreed to send another case
