I made a trade involving skins worth over $100, where the skin I was supposed to receive had a 5-hour trade lock, so I had to trade my skin first, and after 5 hours I received my Brownie Knife without much trouble.
Man, I deposited some funds onto the website through USDT, realistically it shouldn't take more than 3 hours for the balance to reflect on my account (3 hours is also really generous), its been over 12 hours, no updates or follow ups from support, when I message them requesting for a follow up, left on delivered for over 2 hours, I play cs2 on my time off of studies and work, and I would love to play with some skins, but if I dont even get my funds how the hell am I gonna buy the goddamn skins, pretty disappointed. Please improve support (the AI assistant is really irritating, copy paste messages from support).Their email os pretty dead, i sent them a request a couple of days ago, no reply. Yup, pretty disappointing considering how good the website used to be.
