I had to find a new accomodations soon. Despite my efforts in finding the best property I did not manage to find one until I saw a coupe from Pisoria. Their properties are quite similar and have all bills included so I moved in to the one that was most suitable in terms of location.
I had a very disappointing experience with Pisoria. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and unprofessional handling of property access. Cleaning standards were low, yet tenants were asked to pay excessive amounts without proper notice. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.
I found the advert on SpareRoom and liked the property, but due to work commitments and the move-in date I couldn’t attend in person. Pisoria provided a video tour, allowing me to check everything thoroughly. The property looked exactly as described and was presented to a high standard.
I am currently renting a room that was advertised on Pisoria’s own website as having an “ensuite/private bathroom.” After moving in, I discovered that the bathroom shared with other tenants. This was never made clear before signing, and I only realised after arriving from overseas.The room itself was not clean when I moved in (cobwebs, hair, fake eyelashes, mould, and damaged furniture), and despite raising these issues multiple times — and copying their maintenance team and staff directly — I have had no proper resolution or follow-up. I have since repeatedly asked for an amendment to my contract to insert a six month break clause which they refuse to do. They even tried to convince me that me that at the early surrender clause in the written contract is a (traditional mutual) break clause. This all very disappointing as I approached the tenancy in good faith but clearly Pisoria's ad was the very least intentionally misleading and they lack integrity.
Had a great house-searching experience with Bernardo. It was myself and my friend looking for a 2/3 bed. As well as that, we were looking in a very specific area and with a very unique tenancy length. With all these criteria, Bernardo was still able to find many places that were within the area and for the tenancy length that we were looking for. Although we weren't able to rent with them due to personal reasons that came up, we still had a great time with them. All-in-all, a solid experience. Would highly recommend.
