Disappointing service experience

I bought an iron-on transfer from a store that is about 30 miles from my home. The item cost around £2.00 and turned out to be defective. I didn't want to make a 60-mile round trip for such a small amount, and some of their phone contacts are premium rate numbers, which I avoided calling. I sent the item back with my receipt and a cover note, but heard nothing in return. After some time, I tried their customer support chat, but received no help. I only wanted a replacement, not a refund. It makes me wonder how much it would have cost them to act generously. Instead, they lost a good customer and gained negative publicity.

Poor customer service for grill purchase

The grill I received was in poor condition with several damaged parts. Customer service claimed they don't replace cosmetic damage. I asked them to pick up the damaged grill for a refund, as it was their fault the item arrived damaged. They then told me I would have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Eventually, they agreed to send me the damaged parts, but one door was worse than the original and a shelf was missing. Now they aren't responding to my emails. Avoid this seller for poor quality and customer service!

Frustrating online assistance experience

I tried to draft a post on a review platform, but it only got as far as the second page and then stopped. I couldn't move forward. I wanted to share my experience regarding a lack of assistance with a product key. I mistakenly called a number thinking it was the review platform, but it wasn't.

I really wanted to give them another…

I really wanted to give them another chance, but I don't think that I can bring myself to do so. The last time I posted a review on their site, I was harassed by a "guest" who posted, rude and offensive comments on my review, making false accusations against me and calling me hateful names. They weren't just doing it to me, they were also doing it to other people who posted negative reviews about a particular company. I had my review removed because I was sick and tired of the harassment from the "guests" who commented on my review. The thing is, I inquired about this several times because what these "guests" were doing was bullying and that's not okay. Nothing was ever done about it. I have reason to believe that the "guests" could've even been the same person or even group of people, because they were posting the same or similar things on other people's reviews. I even made it a point to mention that, but it didn't seem to matter. You would think that they would try to do something to crack down on this, such as some kind of verification process, otherwise, this person can keep going onto the site as a "guest" so they can harass people and not face any consequences for their actions. Unfortunately, they don't do anything about it, they continue to allow this to go on. They don't crack down on the trolling/bullying, and I see this as a concern. What if this "guest" decides to troll/harass someone who may have other struggles? What if this "guest" takes it too far? I revisited the site today, and I noticed that this "guest" is still harassing people, and it triggered me. It doesn't make me want to ever utilize that site ever again.

Swiftlock is a rip off

Swiftlock is a rip off , they charged me $700 , the security door doesn't close properly . They don't care as they have there money real scummy.

I placed an order on may19 2025

I placed an order on may19 2025. Beautiful. White embrodery blouse for over 70.00. Was charged to my bank w Apple Pay. I received a message from Sal Lennon stating they received my order and it was paid for. That’s all I got from them. I’m not happy with this at all because I love their items. But I rarely spend over $50 for any kind of item. I gave them a chance to fix it and they just wanted me to sign up for one fee of $45. Be careful proceed with caution.

Can bad and ignorant HOA board members…

Can bad and ignorant HOA board members hire a corrupt property management company who comes into the subdivision and charge almost $1000 a year to the homeowners in that subdivision who are renting out their property? This includes senior citizens (one being about 90 years old) and veterans? They dreamed up some excuse to try to justify them taking part of the rental income from these homeowners by saying it’s administrative fees and according to what they said, they’re going to split this stolen loot between the two of them—the HOA and the property management company, which I looked up and it is corrupt as Hades with no good reviews except the ones they put on there themselves. The HOA board members, obviously, did not do their diligence before hiring these crooks. As a Realtor, who is very capable of managing the property, I have been managing that property for almost 10 years and have needed no administration or to pay any administrative fees. In getting my business degree in college and taking business law, I learned that there has to be certain elements involved in a contract in order for it to be a contract. If one of these elements are missing, then there is no contract. One of these elements is a “meeting of the minds” (sound minds) meaning that all parties involved in the contract have to be of sound mind and agree to what is being said in the contract. We never agreed to this, and we never signed anything to agree to this. Also, this has caused hardships to the renters like my renter that’s having to move because he can’t afford the additional rent every month that’s passed along to him. He has a senior citizen mother living there with him who is in bad health so this is uprooting and causing hardships to the renters as well as the homeowners. The name of the “property management,” Timmons. BTW, why was my access denied by Yelp? I would give them a zero star in this case, too.
