Review Time
Recently bought a car from platinum. John was very helpful even when i hadnt called ahead and turned up without an appointment. The car was exactly as desrcibed and photographed if not in better condition than shown. I had a small issue with the car a few weeks later and john was only a phone call away to get it rectified, even with it being so close to chirstmas they got my car in and out and in no time even offering a courtesy car for the duration my car was in, john kept in constant contact keeping me updated. Excellent service I would definitely buy again and recommend to other people.
Travelled 2 hours to view a Ford fiesta for my son as the car looked immaculate online, turned up and I wasn’t disappointed, john the owner was very welcoming and helpful and made the deal as easy as possible, would definitely recommend this garage.Thanks again
After buying a jaguar xf when home infotainment system was not working. John could have said not covered under warranty. They took the car back straight away and worked on the issue until it was resolved. Costing him nearly £2000. Never complained and reassured myself I was in good hands. He resolved an issue that he didn't have to, if I'm honest. He is a gentleman and will highly recommend to anybody. pictures added to show the lengths this car trader will go to to help any after sales issues.Returned to them then to buy my son his BMW 1 Series both of us still smiling.Thanks again, platinum Car sales
PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY 😡😡 IF COULD GIVE 0 I would this company may look good and professional on there website but please be aware we can all create a fancy website and say right things,my poor dad bought a van and it’s been nothing but constant running problems and now going to need a whole new engine which is a total joke when you spend 17k,they just throw vans together after buying auction site’s,stick on bodykits on and respray them and sell them for massive profit knowing they aren’t running well or have huge problems,they may look good on website,the resprays are actually terrible close up 2 so not high quality as advertised at all,nothings high quality.these vans will give you nothing but total headache and high costs after purchase,so please please listen and avoid,my poor dad bought this with retirement money to make a little camper but he hasn’t been sleeping since buying from this company as he’s now got thousands to spend to get a van that’s even remotely drivable let alone have money left after new engine costs to make it a camper now 🥲 Such a shame people are still allowed to work this way,will be reporting them to all authorities!!!
Total rip of company that sells dodgy vans put together from 2 other vans.A1 warranty thats no goodFalse advertising and dodgy MOTs put on Vans.The owner is a complete liar and a conman.See other reviews on other sites.
