I’ve been either PMG for a number of years now and every time I have needed help, advice or correction to a booking the service has been impeccable. I spent most of my career in a service industry and my experience with PMG is up there with the best. Keep it going.
If I could rate Playmoregolf with zero stars, I would. Grudgingly, I had to give it one star, just to be able to write a review. This company is shambolic. The “customer service” email address clearly doesn’t get looked at, if this department even exists. With no responses to emails stating “please confirm receipt of this email”, it would seem once they have your money, they disappear. The app said I had rolled over point last week and then this week my flexi points were halved. They won’t even read this, as they have no customer service team, it would seem, so this is a warning to other people thinking of signing up. It isn’t a scam company, they are just useless in the customer service department and reduce your points once renewed. Shocking behaviour.
