Just bought a car from this company and I'm really happy with it. Everything went smooth, the staff was friendly and professional the whole time. Only downside was having to wait about 4 weeks for delivery, but honestly, it was worth it. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good car.
I had one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life with the customer service of PLC Auction. I was assisted by someone who called himself Reno, whose behavior from the very beginning was, in my opinion, completely inappropriate. His way of speaking to me was rude and, unfortunately, he even used offensive language.I have the impression that this person held a high-ranking position within the company, as I seriously doubt that a regular employee would be allowed to treat customers this way. In any case, he did not solve the issue I contacted them about, and the way I was treated left a lot to be desired.Moreover, after that first interaction, I began receiving threatening messages, which led me to block them completely to avoid further uncomfortable situations.I believe it is important to share this experience so that no other user has to go through something similar.
I had a negative experience with PLC Auction. After several auctions had ended, I noticed that the prices continued to increase even two days after the auctions were supposedly closed. I have screenshots to prove it, but customer service simply replied that "everything is correct" without offering any valid explanation. On top of that, they didn’t even respond to my email. Very little transparency and zero customer care. I will not trust this platform again.
