Disappointing service experience

This is my second order, and once again, items were missing. The packaging was inadequate, leading to a damaged package. I caution everyone about this service. I will not order again; despite paying fully, I received a subpar package with missing or leaking items. This is the worst service I've encountered. Their 20% discount offer is not appealing at all.

Second purchase disappointment

I bought laundry tablets again, but this time two pieces were missing. The packaging was inadequate and completely damaged. I advise everyone to be cautious with this service. I will never order again; you pay the full price but receive a poorly packed product, often incomplete or leaking. This has been my worst experience with an online store. They even offer a 20% discount, which I have no interest in.

Delivery not as promised

Terrible delivery experience

The delivery was awful. My package was only registered with the carrier and has not been shipped. Instead of taking responsibility, they are taking days to investigate its location. The package was supposed to be delivered three days ago, and I still haven't received it. Never again.

Poor communication from customer service

I purchased an electric toothbrush and returned it after only opening the outer package. I received an email stating that it would be evaluated, but after 24 hours, it was sent back to me without any updates. When I inquired, I was informed it was a hygiene product and could not be returned. Their customer service is unprofessional, and I will not shop here again.
