I want to share my experience regarding a watch purchase to inform potential buyers about significant quality issues. I bought a watch directly from the company in October 2020, and it looked impressive at first. However, over time, the hour markers on the dial started to come off—initially one, then another, and eventually several markers detached from the dial. The watch has not been dropped or mishandled. This isn't typical wear and tear; it's clearly a failure in the dial assembly or adhesive. I've never encountered this issue with any other mechanical watch, including much more affordable options. I reached out to the company with photos and video as proof. Even though the watch is now beyond the 2-year warranty, I asked for a reasonable goodwill resolution (like a replacement dial or a transparent trade-in credit). The company only provided paid repair options or a trade-in that requires sending the watch internationally before revealing any credit amount. I find it unacceptable to incur international shipping costs without knowing if the proposed trade-in value would be worthwhile, especially since this issue seems to stem from a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear. Prospective buyers should think carefully about long-term quality and after-sales support when considering this brand.

But over time, the applied hour markers on the dial began to detach progressively — first one marker, then another, and eventually multiple markers falling off the dial.The watch has not been dropped or misused. This is not normal wear, but a clear dial assembly / adhesive failure. I have never seen this happen on any other mechanical watch, including much cheaper ones.I contacted PANZERA with photos and video evidence. Although the watch is now outside the 2-year warranty, I requested a reasonable goodwill solution (replacement dial or a transparent trade-in credit). Incredible service after my Classic Diver watch broke down some months ago. To be honest I had given up earlier as there was no drop off DHL point in our city to be able to return the timepiece so time went by and I actually had given up on the watch and forgot about the ordeal and wrote it down to bad luck. but to my surprise I found a brand new watch on my doorstep today (without even returning the old one) how about that for trust and service. Over the moon! 10 stars (if this would have been possible)
I really like the new Mecha45C. The key issue I have with the watch is the fact I've had it for just over a month and the when I run the chrono the second hand doesn't reset to the 12 o'clock position anymore...it resets to about 1.5 seconds...curious....obviously this is a movement quality issue.UPDATE: referred to owners manual and resolved issue. I received the watch yesterday by post very fast delivery very nice box i opened it and i find the colour and the quality of the strap not what i am inspected so i file for return and i want through the chat ! I find out i bought it for 50% discount and now it is no discount so i can’t return for swap i have to pay the deferents also the watch i bought gone up on price !! Then I ask for swap the strap the told i have to purchase new strap for $130 and i have to pay shipping for the new one and i have to post the one i have and the will detect the taxes and mangment fees i might end up with $20 or less ! So don’t believe the 30 days return its a scam , the watch it look ok but if you have issues you need to scrap it ! I decided to buy a strap from amazon for £20 and cut my losses ! Bad experience don’t advice any one to buy from this company ! Buy simmler watch from alibaba for $10
Bought a watch for my husband from their website. Was intended to be a Christmas present. At time of placing the order, the website said immediate despatch. A week later when I queried why watch hadn’t been despatched I was told that there was a slight delay but not to worry as because I placed the order in November, watch would be here for Christmas. I waited another week and after no update I contacted them again only to be told it could now be January. Eventually received a refund but absolute joke of a company. Perhaps don’t take the money if you can’t fulfill the orders.
I have now bought 3 Panzera watches and like all of them.The latest, The Explorer. Is amazing value for money. Beautifully made and despite being slightly heavy is very comfortable on the wrist. The metal strap is solidly made and to have the date AND GMT on a quality watch costing around €500 is amazing. So far timekeeping is very accurate and I am delighted with the quality. A high end watch.
