Extremely frustrated with the application process!

I am extremely frustrated! My application for a new account for my limited company keeps getting rejected. I require an expense management tool for my online clothing and apparel business, yet they continue to deny my application without providing any explanation!

Difficult login experience

Extremely frustrating to log in on a laptop. Not sure who developed the technology, but it's a joke for end users; you can only log in on your phone via the app, which is a poor design.

Leaving is a hassle

Want to leave? Not so simple. It’s easy to sign up online, but if you wish to leave, you must speak with someone... only to find there’s no option to talk to a human. The chatbot engages, then a human asks the same questions, a ticket is raised, and you still can’t exit. The costs are high, and the service is lacking.
