Very disappointed. I was unable to close or manage a Natural Gas options position while the market moved aggressively, as trading was suspended without clear explanation.This resulted in financial harm and loss of trust.

They Locked My Account With an Active Trade — Unacceptable

One of the worst trading experiences I’ve ever had. I deposited £50 and invested in Silver, and within ONE day Plus500 restricted my account without any warning, reason, or explanation.No email. No alert. No justification.They literally locked my account while my trade was still OPEN, meaning my money was at risk and I had no proper control over it. That is not just unprofessional — it’s outrageous and irresponsible for a financial platform.This behaviour destroys any trust instantly. Freezing customer accounts randomly while holding their active investments is a massive red flag. It feels careless at best and predatory at worst.If Plus500 can do this over a £50 trade, imagine what they’ll do with larger amounts. Avoid this platform unless you’re comfortable with your account being restricted for no reason while your money is trapped.Absolutely unacceptable.
