I wish I would have read the reviews on this page before buying it. I received the watch and decided it wasn't what I wanted. I e-mailed them
(No phone number shame on me) for instructions on how to send it back. All I received were three responses trying to talk me out of returning it and then one e-mail telling me to send pictures and a video verifying the condition of the watch to which I did and so far not a word back from them. This is scam and I'm on my way to my credit union to see if I can get my money back..

I also got scammed by this company I wanted to return the watch because it doesn’t work like they say it will. And so far all I get is a message saying the following below. every time I sent a email, The watch lasted 2 days then I started having problems no customer support at all. Don’t buy! I brought this watch for Christmas 2025. Two months later the watch does not charge. I sent the company several emails. They keep writing back to charge the watch. Now I do not hear from them at all. Beware buying from this company,
The worst experience ever. I have a watch that does not work and for the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to get a refund via email and they keep sending me the exact same email daily but will not give me the address to return the watch. They are trying to stall until the 30 day. They dont have a customer service number. Do not purchase from them.
This company is a total scam! Do not buy anything from them! They will send you some random watch, and when you try to return it, they won’t give you the address. In the meantime, they already have your money.I can’t believe I fell for it, but I did. Stay away from this fake company!
This watch is a toy that they are selling as an actual heart monitor watch. It does not work at all! None of the features work they are all on the watch but are not actual tools. Again it is a toy watch complete garbage. Tried to return this 250 watch they first just sent me a list of all the things it says it does which it does not really do! and then they said unfortunately shipping would cost more than the watch is worth ?? Now they do not respond at all. Be aware they are knock off toys.
This company is a complete scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a $264 watch and it worked 4 days then I got all kinds of errors. Their return policy states that as long as it's within 30 days the item can be returned. Not True. The item shipped from New Jersey and arrived 5 days after I ordered it so I had no inclination it was a chinese based company. When I tried to return, you have to email videos to customer support. I did and they wanted me to work with their developers to troubleshoot the error issues. I said no, I bought this for health concerns and I no longer trust the integrity of the watch, please send me return instructions. Then they wanted to ship a replacement watch, I told them the same thing. Then they stopped responding to emails. I reported them to PayPal and then they finally sent me the return instructions, in Chinese. I couldn't even read the address to attempt to ship back. I reported this company to the BBC, the FTC, and Paypal. They returned my money after a month of fighting them about it. The scammy part is their website gives no inclination that returns would be such a hassle and I know had I not paid through paypal I would have been out that money.
