I originally spoke to Andy with Gleeyard's support team after discovering my card was used fraudulently, and he was immediatelt able to help get the matter sent to the Escalation Team on my behalf. Then Emerald reached out to me within only a couple minutes to address the issue after reviewing my case. I'm incredibly grateful for the exception to standard policy being made due to the unusual circumstances and especially grateful to both Andy and Emerald for doing such an amazingly fast job at helping me so I can rest easy knowing everything will be taken care of! Thank you both!

Im upset because what I believed i was signing up for isn't what I received at all. Two separated transactions were placed on my account. Hopefully they are true to what they say and refund me and close said accounts.

Its a scam. And add on Facebook popped up for a cheap 55" flat screen for 10$ if I filled out a quick questionnaire. Fake. Got credits for crap I would never buy.
