Scam WEBSITE!!! My brother was buying tickets and as he got done buying them they said he had to pay more when he already paid and he only got 50% back because they don't do any refunds do not waste your money

Definitely an untrustworthy business! Warn everyone to avoid this service. They emailed me about my ticket being on hold, but when I called the customer service number, it was unreachable. I can assure you that any positive reviews for this site are likely fake. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with reputable sites.
They should face investigation due to unethical practices. They advertise low ticket prices, then charge more on your credit card. When I called to dispute this, they claimed I needed to pay more for a standby ticket, which was never mentioned during my reservation. Avoid making any bookings through this site; it should be shut down.
At 7:23 am, I purchased a round-trip ticket, but by 11:30, I was notified that my contracted rate and flight date were being changed. I requested to cancel the flight, but they insisted on a no refund policy. Their policy states that refunds/changes/cancellations can be made 72 hours prior to the flight. After reading reviews, I initiated a dispute with my bank and restricted my account for safety. I would NEVER use this company again.
