I had a very positive experience with the FlexiFunnels support team. I had doubts related to scaling or understanding how to use FlexiFunnels effectively, their team responded quickly and with genuine care. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t give generic replies, they actually took time to understand my questions and guided me step by step. Their support team is excellent which gives practical guidance to increase confidence. Overall, I find their customer support reliable and helpful for anyone serious about scaling their online business.
I feel the promises made during the webinar were misleading. It was presented as a simple solution where people with specific problems could quickly create content using ChatGPT and start selling easily, but in reality it is not that straightforward.
During the demo, everything was shown in fast forward, which made the platform look very easy to use. However, when I actually started using it, it turned out to be much more complicated and time consuming than what was shown.
There are too many training videos, which makes it confusing to know where to begin instead of simplifying the learning process. The support is not very responsive, and getting clear guidance when facing issues is difficult.
Another major concern is the community support that was promised. It was said that users would receive help from the group, but most of the people there appear to be from digital marketing agencies who mainly try to sell paid services instead of genuinely helping. On top of that, there are frequent promotions for their events where users are encouraged to pay more money.
Overall, the marketing creates an impression of a quick and easy solution, but the actual experience does not match those claims.
