Useless service from customer service. Emailed them 2 weeks ago as my planet VPN has been blacklisted and I cant use it after paying for the premium subscription. It was ok for the first two days and now it isnt working and customer service has not responded to my emails!

Logging in is just broken in Chrome extension. Was locked out of my account for 10 days. Resetting the password 10 times in a row did not work. Support were able to resolve the login problem AFTER 3 MORE DAYS by providing new password WITH A PLAIN TEXT IN AN EMAIL. After about a week login stopped working again. Canceled immediately.Server selection and speed is mid.
I had a very negative experience with the paid version of Planet VPN and asked support to cancel my subscription. In response to my request, I was offered a different technical solution called Personal VPN. This time, everything worked flawlessly. In any case, I can count on this connection to the global network for a while. My thanks to Planet VPN support. To summarize: yes, overall, the internet situation is bad right now, and no VPN will save us if all international traffic is blocked, but any effective way to bypass blocking is all the more valuable. I recommend you at least try Personal VPN.
