The selection of vans was good, but everyone seemed very rushed in dealing with you. I was promised a part would be ordered and posted on to me, but 5 weeks later after a phone call still nothing and also dvla have no record of the log book apart from the previous owner 5 years ago. Depsite when i call i was told it had been sent away. Why can people not just be straight forward. Why not do log book online there and then.

Major issues with the vehicle and slow response

There are problems with the side mirror, a flat tire, excessive oil level, and no windscreen washer fluid. It’s been two weeks with no response despite multiple follow-ups.
