As a returning customer, I've never been disappointed. They keep my vehicle in such great shape that it feels like it just came from the dealership! The team genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle in and see for themselves!
I scheduled a DSG remap, engine remap, and air intake installation. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:15 am and it was not returned until 1:10 pm. After nearly 5 hours, only the air intake was fitted; neither the DSG nor engine remaps were completed, despite them being the main reasons for my visit. To make matters worse, I paid a £50 deposit for the remap, which the company claimed they never received. Communication was poor all day, with no updates unless I followed up, resulting in a significant waste of time. I expected all agreed work to be done, not to leave without the main services I paid for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.
