Exhaust issues and no resolution

I purchased an exhaust for my motorcycle, expecting a direct fit. Instead, it blocked the oil dipstick and damaged it. I've been in contact for over 8 months, but nothing has been done. I have all the emails with empty promises. This company is a waste of money.

I ordered pipes and didn't receive an order number, only a tracking number that turned out to be invalid. Don't waste your money or time. The customer service is poor, and I wouldn't recommend this company.

Terrible customer service experience

The customer service is terrible. I called and reached voicemail, then emailed them. They texted me about their product at 2 AM. I guess they operate on a different time zone.
