Made my first claim in August 2022 in a Jaguar Land Rover claim and the second claim in February 2023 against the The FCA Group. Emails were received early on to say 'the claim is moving forward and we are close to reaching the final stages. I was repeatedly asked the same questions, so much so that I began to think it was a scam. Here we are years later and NOTHING!!!I would have instructed a trustworthy firm of Solicitors had I known this was a scam!
