Things seem to be happening.

Starting to keep me informed about my diesel claim after a very slow start (I know it's a long process) with initial consistent problems logging into the emails they kept sending. After contacting them about the issue a few times I eventually managed hear back and to fill in the info they asked for. Since then they have been giving positive feedback on a regular basis and hopefully we will have a positive outcome.

So far ok, mid process

Unable to comment on a successful claim, as still in process. But have been kept upto date with progress via emails explaining where at etc. Easy at start to fill out questionnaire/online forms. Will leave a better review once actually completed and received any monies.
