I understand that the Diesel claims process is long one however getting on for nearly 4 years is excessive and have no end date in site. I haven't been kept up to speed with any progress and despite numerous emails and online requests for an update I haven't heard anything.
A while ago I would have given these 5* however I have two claims going one for Emmissions and one for My Deisel claim. I have completed the online contact form 4 times tried several times to call them never answered. I have now contacted them to ask if the Deisel claim regarding finance is dead in the water as there appears to be agreed compensation even if one doesn’t contact the finance company and claim. Pogust have I missed something here? Is this a completely different situation or are you still working on these above areas, its been 2years+
What happened to the website? What happened to my claim? Nothing since October 2024 despite answering all of the questions. And supplying all the information.
