Review Time
After over 2 years I am still waiting for settlement of my VW claim, despite repeatedly supplying the same information over and over again. Instead of progressing the claim, I continue to receive excessive emails requesting duplicate details that have already been provided.Other claims management companies appear fully capable of obtaining the required information efficiently and without this constant back-and-forth. This raises serious concerns about whether these repeated requests are genuinely necessary or simply being used as a delay tactic.At this point, the process feels deliberately obstructive. There is no clear timeline, no accountability, and no meaningful progress. The lack of transparency and constant stalling has destroyed any confidence I had that this claim will be resolved in a reasonable timeframe — or at all.
I am confused because I have had an email in January saying my 10 plate Renault Megane wasn't eligible for the My diesel claim legal case (I registered with you years ago). I’ve just looked online and found the final judgment has not been made yet, so now I am wondering how YOU could have decided that my car does not qualify and why it has taken you several years to decide this. Please can you contact me to explain how you have come to this decision. My car is definitely within the age bracket.
No unsubscribe on any of their emails.. the latest email states it's not a marketing email but a legal update we signed up too... but aside from that the other 26 emails sent are not "legal updates we signed up to" and you are required to include an unsubscribe option jn the majority of those. So why don't you explain in your aggressive follow ups how people get their names off your spammy list and stop this nonsense
* Update: If I could downgrade to zero stars I would. Immediately after my review on here I got a reply (the wonders of bad publicity! They were otherwise happy enough to ignore all my other attempts at contact!) and it appears, despite being told differently back in 2022 when I joined the BMW claim with them, that my car is 'likely' not eligible to be included in the case. It's taken over 3 years to establish that! It doesn't really give you much faith in them now does it!! *I have not had an update at all on my BMW diesel claim since 2023! Despite sending them an update request weeks ago I am yet to get a reply. I'm very disappointed and wish I'd chosen another law firm as I have lost any faith I had in Pogust Goodhead. This is not a good way of running a business.
Following a negative review from myself on Trustpilot, I received an email from Pogust Goodhead within 48hrs...great I thought....however, they have my claims all mixed up and even cancelled one despite me telling them in 2023 that the cancellation was an error on their part?!!Really disappointed with this firm , they clearly do not know what they are doing...I am yet to have a reply from them for my email of 12th Novenmber....shocking Customer Service...
UPDATED REVIEW … I’ve contacted pogust numerous times via email to not one reply .. I’ve rang again to no reply. I cancelled my claims months and months ago because nobody was replying to me but yet still keep sending me emails. Do I still have claims open YES or NO is all I want to know ? .. absolutely frustrating and poor poor service Even though this was my experience since this being written I have been kindly contacted by pogust and they have been more than willing to help answer all my questions I can’t fault the service
