Atrocious casino. I have been waiting for over 72 hours for my withdrawal and it still hasn’t been processed. Support keeps telling me to just be patient, but it has now exceeded the withdrawal time mentioned on their own website. Looking at other reviews here, I’m not sure if I’ll even receive it. I would recommend to stay away from this casino, they just stall withdrawals in the hope you cancel it. Might change the rating if I receive it.
Update 22 September: they said that my providers phone number invoice does not match with the number in my profile, which is not true. They sen me at least 4 rmsils about this. Really bullying me and horacing me. So wrong, the supportteam is so bad, they can't even read a decent invoice and landcode. Again over again, they do everything to delay you to getting any money withdrawn. Update 21 september: in order of the reaction of PokoBet they wrote today; the email where the are talking about was send on friday the 19th of September. The asked me to verify my phone number manually by sending a document, which I already did two times before that. I reacted immediately on the email from Friday and still no solution. It's been 11 days now without a solution and without a possibility to withdraw funds. Update September 18, 2025:still no decent response, only the same emails from support and still no solution. The phone number cannot be verified through a technical issue (already 7 days?), and therefore I cannot withdraw my money.The problem started on September 11 with verifying my phone number. I immediately contacted support via live chat and email, but each time I only received standard replies: “We’re working on it, thank you for your patience.”Since payouts are not possible without verification, I offered my own solution. I sent a bill from my mobile provider, screenshots, and even a video showing the issue. Still, the responses remain the same: that I need to be patient and this technical issue take time by this department (7 Whole days, just to set a button right or verifying my phone number, what could be done by hand/ email)👉 So be warned: as long as this problem is not resolved, you are not being able to withdraw your funds.

Nonsense; it's a deliberate strategy these days to delay the payout of your winnings, hoping you'll cancel your payout, continue playing, and lose everything.I am not satisfied with this sports betting provider in the slightest. This has everything to do with the payout process. This is the second time I've experienced this with a sports betting provider. I'm 100% convinced they're deliberately using delay tactics.I will therefore not play with this provider again. Highly discouraged; they're scammers.
