I want to alert potential users about Pôle Sociétés and their deceptive practices. The site prominently advertises a €1.90 offer for a trial, but buries the information that an automatic monthly subscription of €69 will follow in fine print. This misleading tactic led me to unknowingly incur charges for several months before I realized what was happening. Be extremely cautious and thoroughly read all terms before engaging with this site.
They are responding to my complaint quickly they took 69 euros which they will do on a monthly basis because i sales for a kbis . I have sakés for a refund from both them and my bank . How do they get away with such daylight robbery . I have since written to them and they have agreed to refund me despite them stating there is clearly a subscription if you don’t cancel within 7 days . I honestly did not see this so they do try and see the customers point of view i do not understand why this subscription is 69 per month . I searched for a kbis and they came up first and the price was the same as I had paid previously which is why I thought that was all I was buying not a subscription . Once I receive the refund I will review the stars again REFUND RECEIVED
