I haven't been paid for a survey that I completed. There's something strange reason this company thinks that they can get paid from your work product and not pay you for what you have completed. They make you wait 10 days after you submit your work for it to be approved although they approve my late then after the 10 days they expect you to wait another 10 days before you were paid well that time is up as well they haven't paid me they are ignoring me your customer service is non-existent and they are purposely holding my payment back I got in touch with your payment provider and was a form unofficially that they were told to hold my payment back I want my money from them and I don't understand why they think it's all right to do this to someone who is a single mother and who works sometimes 18 hours a day to provide for me and my son. They are very unethical in their dealings and I would suggest that no one ever ever participating in any of their activities because if you get paid as a crap shoot no one should have to worry about whether they're getting paid for work that this company has already gotten paid for. After being told that I would be paid once the 10-day. Was up now that the 10-day period is up I am being told that they are experiencing technical issues I don't believe them and I know the four fact that they are lying they refuse to pay me my money
I successfully completed a multiple part survey. This survey was very time consuming and both parts were completed almost two months ago. I still have not received my payment. I have contacted Maven multiple times about the payment and the response is the same “When the client finishes reviewing the charts you will receive notification.” It has been two months now and it should not take this long for me to get paid. If the client is taking this long to review charts then there needs to be some sort of repercussions on the client to be causing a delay in payment to the expert. I am not happy with how Maven has been handling this situation and feel swindled out of providing “free” expertise because at this point I’m assuming I will just not get paid since it has been almost two months now.
I went through profile setup and "training" (more of a promotion) before responding to a survey. After completing the survey, which was supposed to pay a fee to me, I was told that the survey reached its goal of participation and my input was not required. This should have been told BEFORE I answered all survey questions. I do not trust that Maven Consulting is operating honestly.
