I spoke with Joseph Trupia and he was fantastic. Transparent and answered all my questions. He was professional and personable too. I have recommended my friend. Thank you 😊
I had a really positive experience arranging my life cover with Lewis. Everything was explained clearly, he was professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was stress free and he tailored it to my needs which I highly appreciate. I’d recommend speaking to him for any life cover queries.
Mike McCarthy was my advisor to set up my life insurance policy and he went through everything and explained it thoroughly to make sure everything was covered and fully understood. He resonated with me being a father himself and me and my partner about to become first time parents. Getting my policy was very straightforward and easy.
I spoke with Tommy miles regarding my policy which i have been contemplating for a long long time but couldn’t really get to it. But Tommy was really helpful in explaining each and everything and answered my questions with lots of understanding. I am finally relieved from having to think about it everyday. Thank you.
I applied for full life cover to ensure my four children would have financial support and to cover my funeral expenses. After a year of struggling with the app (issues logging in and not recognizing my email for password recovery), I reached out via email to inquire about my policy. I received a response that stated: I am enrolled in Decreasing Term Assurance. Here’s how your current policy operates:
It is NOT "Whole of Life": This policy does not provide coverage until death. It is valid for a specific number of years (the "Term"). If you survive beyond that term, the policy expires and there is no payout.
The Cover Decreases: As this policy was intended to "Pay off the mortgage" (according to their records), the payout amount decreases over time, roughly aligned with a repayment mortgage balance.
The Purpose: This coverage type is meant to ensure a mortgage is settled if you pass away during the term, rather than providing a cash legacy or funeral fund in old age. I do not own my home; I rent. I have no mortgage and never discussed my housing situation with the representative who established my policy during our call. I specifically asked about funeral coverage and a payout for my four children. He assured me I had that, along with critical illness cover. When the app functioned after my call, that’s what was displayed, but now the person emailing me is saying something different.
Don’t waste your time or money. As a single mother of four, I believed this service would be supportive. It seems they are only interested in taking your money, which is what happened to me. The numerous positive reviews now seem suspicious, many mentioning specific names and praising the service. Don’t be misled! Choose a provider that genuinely prioritizes your needs, rather than just their profits.
I completed an online quote form for life insurance after the unfortunate loss of my mother last month. It was a wake-up call for me to consider life insurance to safeguard myself and my family. Today, I had a conversation with a representative who was truly outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions without any hesitation. I am so grateful for the assistance in helping me protect my family. I would highly recommend this service to anyone; it's never too early to think about life insurance and family protection.

Hello mum, we’re Polly. Since launching in 2015, we’ve helped more than 750,000 UK mums protect their families’ futures by taking out affordable life insurance.
Let’s talk about the bad thing for a moment. Hmm, yes we know – dying’s not our favourite topic of conversation either. But sadly, death is a fact of life and comes to us all at some point. And the tragic reality is that it sometimes happens much sooner than expected.
That’s why we launched Polly.
Every 22 minutes a child in the UK loses a parent they depend on financially. But despite this over 12% of UK Mums still have no life insurance to protect their family if the worst happened.
