Review Time
Update* was told on the 23rd it would ship either the next day or yesterday (Fri or Mon). At 7pm last night (Mon) when I reached out to find out what was going on, Rok Hefti immediately replied with "I refunded your money so you can buy from a better supplier" I would advise avoiding getting scammed by these people. I ordered my part more than a week ago.It hasnt even shipped yet, and you are seriously sending me a request for a review?. This is my first and likely last time I'll order from you, but if you want an honest and fair review, send the review request 3 days after the part is scheduled to be delivered.
Ordered a abfjv 12 valve transfer pump and it came with a defect. The inlet check valve was missing from pump. Tried for months to get a replacement or return and was ignored and or put off the entire time. Still have not had a replacement or am able to return product. Never buying from this site again. Very "poor" customer service.
