Today, the service team came to our home while we were at work to install a smart water meter, which we didn't request and apparently had no choice about. They turned off our water without informing us. When I got home, there was no water because they had forgotten to turn it back on and had tightened it too much for regular tools to fix. I called the support team, and they promised someone would arrive within two hours. Four hours later, still no water or even a cup of tea, and we're left waiting despite multiple calls assuring us of a quick response!

I encountered a problem with a stuck mains water valve outside my property. I called at 08:30 and was quickly directed to the appropriate department. I spoke with a pleasant representative who scheduled an engineer to arrive in 20 minutes. To my surprise, the engineer arrived right on time. He informed me that the valve needed replacement, and within three hours, another team came to complete the job. I was genuinely impressed with the service provided, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff I interacted with. I usually complain about my monthly payments, but after this experience, I have nothing but praise.
