I am very pleased with Sidekick and would recommend it. I would give it a 4.7 stars if possible.The only reason I made it a 4 out of 5 stars is because of a small but time consuming issue I have with using it on my PC. The issue is that if I am crosslisting it does not allow for multiple items at once and once an item is crosslisted it returns you to the top of your inventory list so that you have to scroll down to find where you left off and the next item to list. this is not necessary true if using the phone app. I just tend to use my PC for crosslisting.
Im a relatively new reseller, having started in August 2025. I knew from very early on that an app would allow me to list my items faster and easier, and I read a lot about what’s out there before deciding which to use. I also did trials with several companies. I ended up landing on Sidekick Tools because of all the features available. It is the best cross listing app available. I do everything from my phone and it is connected to the five platforms I list on 24/7. It allows me to have over 500 items listed across the various platforms and takes about 1 whole minute to get the items up on all platforms. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without sidekick tools because it has made my life easier, and helped me make hundreds of sales.
Sidekick Tools has really made my listing on 4 platforms so much more (easy and) time efficient! I tried other programs but they were very clunky and not user friendly. I am beyond satisfied with Sidekick! There are so many features available at my fingertips, all of which are super user friendly (for those of us who have little computer knowledge)! I was a little skeptical at first if using Sidekick would actually increase my sales, but in the first couple of days, I made 5 sales, when the 2 weeks prior was super slow and almost non existent with sales. HUGE fan right here!🙌 TY!
Absolutely love the ability to Crosslist remove backgrounds and generate stock photos all in one. Definitely a lot of positive options! At times I do however have glitches within the app. Having to reconnect to Depop or having to delete and reinstall the app to contact customer service frequently would be the downsides.
