Sidekick Tools is an essential part of my Reseller business success. It has streamlined my business so that I can concentrate on the more essential and fun parts of my business. The developers are always adapting to the constant changes on all the Resale platforms, so I don’t need to get into the nitty gritty of that part of the business. Additionally find the support team has been quick, and personable(which is a rarity in the online world).
I love being able to do it all on one app. Crosslist etc makes my life easier and I can focus on other things. Sidekick is always helpful with questions or issues I have which are very few. They answer quick and resolve quick. I appreciate this app so much
I am very pleased with Sidekick and would recommend it. I would give it a 4.7 stars if possible.The only reason I made it a 4 out of 5 stars is because of a small but time consuming issue I have with using it on my PC. The issue is that if I am crosslisting it does not allow for multiple items at once and once an item is crosslisted it returns you to the top of your inventory list so that you have to scroll down to find where you left off and the next item to list. this is not necessary true if using the phone app. I just tend to use my PC for crosslisting.
Sidekick tools is the best automated bot out there. It shares my closet, sends out offers, select closet clearout and it automatically lowers the price and reverses when it is over. It leaves me more time for other things. A lot of my original listings from when I first started have sold and my sales have increased year over year. I couldn't run my business successfully without it.
I really enjoy using Sidekick Tools, it’s very user friendly. I only give it a 4 out of 5 because I’ve had some technical issues that have taken quite a few days to get solved that have prevented me from getting my work completed. However, they do have incredible customer service. I also appreciate that they’re always doing upgrades.
I’ve tried quite a few different apps for my reselling side hustle, but Sidekick Tools is easily the best crosslisting app I’ve ever used. As a SAHM, I don't have the luxury of sitting at a desk all day. I need to be able to manage my shop while I'm on the move, and this is the only platform that actually lets me do everything from my phone.It has been a total lifesaver for getting my inventory onto eBay, Poshmark, and Depop quickly during nap times or between errands. The AI descriptions and background remover handle the time-consuming parts for me, and the automatic delisting is amazing. It saves me so much stress knowing that once something sells, it's taken down everywhere else instantly. If you're building a business as a side hustle and need a mobile-first tool that actually works, this is it.
I LOVE using Sidekick Tools app. It seriously has saved me soooo much time listing, cross listing, sharing, sending auto offers and even preset counters! I can’t even imagine going back to reselling without them! Total game changer!! Everyone needs to try them.
This is the best thing thats ever happened in my reselling life. The time that has been saved by this awesome crosslisting app has been a lifesaver for me. If you need help, its there! Great customer service! Top notch! All the way around! They just do it all from sharing, relisting and unlisting sold items. Automation for everything . ChatGPT etc!
I really enjoy Posh Sidekick. It saves me so much time with cross listing to Poshmark, Ebay and Depop. Closet clearout is the best. I don't have to go back and set my prices back to its original price the next day. Sidekick does it for you. The only issue I have is that almost every month I need to re-sync Depop to Sidekick. For some reason it disconnects from the site and its not easy to reconnect.
