The quality was outstanding! I opted for the digital download due to a tight schedule. Unfortunately, I made an error with the address, but within hours, they resolved the issue and sent me a new download! This enabled me to get it printed the same day, just in time for Christmas for my wife!
I needed to create a print on their platform and had some uncertainties about certain details, but their response via email was incredibly prompt and they were extremely helpful. This is my second experience with the service, and I would gladly order again. I highly recommend them!
Upon receiving the gift I ordered, I discovered that the printed image falls short of the quality depicted in their social media posts. The stars appear to be faint and indistinct, the smaller text is excessively thin and white, resulting in a blurred appearance. Additionally, the overall image lacks vibrancy and saturation, it is nothing like what is posted on their social media. It is cheap looking and very poor quality, like someone printed it at home on a basic printer that was running out of ink. I requested a refund, and was told no. A very expensive waste of money, leaving me still without a gift.

But what truly made this purchase incredible was the customer service!Being a typical husband, I left it to the last minute to find a meaningful and romantic gift (not my strongest point, but I’m working on it 🤭). I stumbled across the Positive Prints website and bingo! — I’d found the perfect gift. I selected the style, chose our first dance song, added a photo and some heartfelt words, and placed my order. Then it hit me… there were only five days until our anniversary — and two of those were on a weekend! I figured there was no chance it would arrive in time, but thought it would still be a nice surprise a few days later.I attached a note to my order explaining the situation and asking if there was any chance it could arrive before the big day.Well… that’s when the magic happened! I received a thoughtful email from Pauline, who assured me they’d do everything possible to get my order to me in time. She kept me updated every step of the way, and unbelievably, the order arrived with a couple of days to spare 😍When I opened it, my heart honestly fluttered and my eyes went watery. It instantly brought me back to that magical moment of our first dance as husband and wife ❤️ I could practically hear our song playing again. If you what to use this company and you’re located outside the USA, please leave a calendar year for your item to arrive. Order a product from Positive Prints, when my delivery date arrived and i enquired it. The tracking number they provided showed that my item is still in the US and hasn’t even been shipped. Still awaiting my order.
I could not recommend this company enough! They are so prompt with their responses and I was silly enough to make an error on my original order, they quickly and effectively fixed the issue and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
