I purchased the NRI Comprehensive Property Management (CPMS) plan from NoBroker on December 13, 2025

I purchased the NRI Comprehensive Property Management (CPMS) plan from NoBroker on December 13, 2025. As per the terms communicated at the time of purchase, the plan was valid for 60 days. During this period, NoBroker was unable to finalize a tenant for my property.

After the 60-day period ended, I formally requested a refund and return of my flat keys in line with the originally stated terms. However, more than 15 days passed without any meaningful response or resolution. There was no proactive communication, no structured update, and no clear closure process initiated.

The most concerning part of my experience has been the extremely poor communication. I repeatedly followed up via email and calls, yet I did not receive timely responses from the Relationship Manager or any supervisor. Despite being told that a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours, that callback never happened.

Instead of processing the termination request, I was informed that the plan was considered “active” and that tenant search efforts were ongoing, making a refund “not possible.” This position contradicts the understanding under which I originally purchased the plan.

It was only after I mentioned possible legal escalation that I began receiving reactive email responses, but those communications did not meaningfully address the core issue.

Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of transparency, delayed responses, and resistance to resolving a straightforward refund request have resulted in a significant loss of trust.
Below are the terms stated in my agreement for Refund process - Refund conditions of the deposit paid by owner:
If NoBroker is not able to finalise the tenant within 60 days, the amount Rs. 29,999/- will be refunded to the owner.
If The customer finds a tenant with the same requirements from some other source and shows the Rental Agreement within the given plan validity. the amount Rs. 29,999/- will be refunded to the owner
If the owner gets a tenant from any other sources before NoBroker finds a tenant with similar details mentioned on NoBroker and shares a valid Rental agreement, then the amount of Rs. 24,999/- will be refunded to the owner.

Plan Charge : 29999/ INR

Note: Apart from the above terms and conditions there are no hidden terms and conditions for getting a refund on this plan.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this plan.

This company appears to be completely fraudulent. Over the last 10 days, I have experienced: - NO phone calls from the representative or field representative - No tenant visits or leads - No proactive updates - Just a meaningless automated chat system - Furthermore, the platform displays outdated and irrelevant tenant information from 2024 and early 2025, which is misleading and unusable. - The lack of human accountability, zero activity, and questionable data raises serious doubts about whether this is a legitimate service or a fraudulent platform.

I would rate them 0 stars if possible

I would rate them 0 stars if I could; they are blatantly deceiving NRI customers. They call incessantly when they want money, but once you pay, they disappear. It's a waste of time, money, and effort. This is a fraudulent company with no real customer service, relying solely on AI responses without any human interaction. Even an email to their executives goes unanswered; do not trust them with your finances.

Service was extremely disappointing. They make grand promises before you subscribe, but once you do, the real struggle begins. There are no proactive calls or updates as advertised — you end up chasing the team repeatedly. Paying a significant amount for their supposed 'Super Relax' plan feels like a scam rather than a service. Think carefully before engaging with any of their plans.

This platform is a FRAUD

This platform is a FRAUD. Please read the incident below. Initially, I spoke to a customer care executive who did not inform me about hidden terms and conditions. I made a payment of Rs. 5000 on the same day, after which a relationship manager was assigned who was rude and dismissive. She later introduced many terms that were never mentioned before the payment. When my tenant decided to postpone renting, I called back, and she said my account was deactivated, despite my plan still being active. They deactivated my account within 5 days of payment and did not assist me in finding a tenant. I urge you to check online reviews; many have been misled by this company.

I want to share my recent experience with the packing and moving service, which sadly did not meet expectations set during booking. Despite assurances of a smooth relocation with insurance, I faced several issues: multiple items were damaged during transit, and the insurance terms were not clearly communicated. Highly unprofessional service

I had the worst experience with the packing and moving service. They promised hassle-free relocation with full insurance, but what I encountered was carelessness and damage to my belongings. The offered compensation was insultingly low, and I was not informed that fragile items were excluded from the insurance. Their representatives were rude and unhelpful. Despite paying a high fee, my claim was treated casually. I feel mentally and financially harassed due to their poor service and false promises. I strongly advise caution before trusting this service.

Misleading Relax Plan

I raised a ticket after being promised various services for the relax plan, but I was forced into taking a higher plan without receiving any of the promised support. I had to do all the work myself, from shortlisting houses to negotiating rent. My relationship manager failed to confirm visits, leading to wasted time and effort. I ended up with a house over my budget because of their negligence. I am raising this complaint due to their unprofessionalism and disrespectful treatment.

Avoid this packing and moving service

Avoid this packing and moving service. Reasons: 1) They will harass you over insurance 2) They misplaced my scooter key 3) Promised delivery within 2 days, but it's been 7 days and I'm still waiting 4) The insurance didn’t help at all.
