Received the items after a long wait (though I was aware it would take long it's more disappointing to receive lacklustre product after weeks). The posters come with a Poster Lounge branding on the bottom which shows inside the frame (they have replied here saying the frame covers it but it does not). I've never had this issue when ordering from other places. One of the posters have copyright text over the text in the poster. Very poorly done - looks very unsightly and the paper quality is not as good as the other place I order from which is disappointing considering the pricing is the same (though it's not awful just not as thick and somehow more dull). Return process has been very frustrating. I specifically asked this company twice to refund me the money to a different bank card as I'd closed the account I originally paid with they said yes they will do this manually but then it automatically refunded to my old card. They've replied here saying they can't do this which is fine but why email me telling me you will? Also it's not my PayPal account that is closed it's my TSB and they've told me they don't have the money. So I'm still without the refund and I now have to wait 30 days for it to bounce back to my PayPal balance instead (hopefully) if this even happens as I keep being told by PayPal the money is in my old TSB account which is closed/TSB have no information of. Could have easily been avoided. I returned my order and I don't respect the reply I've had here. I ordered at the end of last month. What a hassle. Avoid! Order 17297867429.
Firstly, as mentioned in the other reviews this company larps as UK business just to then confirm to be in Germany. Oh well I thought, I bought many wonderful things from German companies before without a problem, delivery has always been between 1-3 working days. These guys take nearly 3 bloomin weeks to send essentially a piece of paper over. Absolute joke. Furthermore… WHO PRINTS AN ART PRINT ON GLOSS PAPER??? Are you living under a rock? My nan knows you print it on min 120 gsm untreated or recycled paper to enhance texture and colour. As a result a beautiful piece of work printed as such, ends up flat and literally reflective of the smallest amount of light … I mean come on. Terrible overall experience l, do not recommend this company as is- please redesign your strategy and printmaking processes - you owe it to the artists you are representing- at least celebrate their work appropriately…
