THEY GIVE FALSE PROMOTIONS TO BAIT YOU. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. 2 years ago I was going through a divorce, a very hard time, lost all furniture that my ex took. Went to living spaces to purchase a bedroom set for $2,700. First mistake, is that I TRUSTED the sales rep, she said 3 year promo, pay $100 a month, it'll be paid off before the end of promo. I was almost finished paying off the furniture when I got an $1,800 interest charge on the card. Now I owe $2,800! Living Spaces Credit card rep said Living Spaces could help by canceling the charge, and charge again adding the correct promo. Living spaces told me there is nothing the can do and that I signed it and she said "it is what it is" and that I should've read it. I am a single mother with children to feed and the manager told me "maybe the person that helped you made a mistake but you signed so there is nothing we can do." How can they not have any responsibility for their sales rep?? I thought Living Spaces was a trust worthy company. I was wrong. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read everything! They give false promotions to bait you.

This was my second visit; the first was about a year ago and felt a bit overwhelming. The staff was friendly but it was a lot to take in. This time, it seemed more balanced. There were still plenty of team members available, but I spoke to at least five different people. Once we decided to make a purchase, the process was incredibly smooth and quick. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the representative was. He was very kind and helpful, explaining a few details. I would definitely return. I really appreciated the more modern and simplistic furniture options. It felt refreshing, unlike the traditional selections I often see.
We appreciated the wide range of styles and customizable color options. Although we had to wait some time for a particular representative who was unavailable, we were very pleased with the outstanding service provided by the support team member.
My experience was fantastic! The representative was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything so much better. They guided us to the couch we wanted to buy, assisted with all our needs, and addressed every question and concern we had.
The quality of the products is outstanding and the staff is very pleasant. However, it's disappointing that there is no flexibility on pricing. We have furnished most of our home with their items, and after spending over $4000 on a new couch, one would expect complimentary delivery. It's frustrating that they don't even consider waiving the delivery fee or offering a discount for loyal customers, especially since sales are rarely available on the higher-quality pieces.
