Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hassan. After my delivery address posed an issue when trying to place my order, Hassan was able to not only respond within a matter of hours, but also rectify the problem and provide me an invoice and weblink to make payment. Despite being in the Scottish Highlands, and an oversized order, the delivery arrived in under 48 hours from point of order, which is impressive!Would happily reccomend and use again in the future.
Customer Service isn't good enough.. I opened an account and phoned for some tech information and they said they`d email me back, which I thought was weird.. I`ve tried to call them several times the system cuts the call, the one time after I got through to someome they were pretty blunt and basically put the phone down. Very weird behaviour
