Mixed Feelings on Selling Books

The website claims they will buy your books, but it also states that the payout is store credit only. Buying should mean receiving cash, not just credit to use on future purchases. Essentially, it feels like donating your books for a gift card instead.

Great Resolution!

Trust Issues with the Service

I find this service to be unreliable. They make promises regarding book conditions and buying used books but frequently change their policies and fail to adhere to them. Their book selection has worsened, and they rarely have what I'm looking for. The slow website is also a hassle. While they used to be decent, I can no longer trust them and have moved on to more honest sellers.
