Review Time
I never received the item I ordered which was supposed to be delivered by 30th Jan. Tried emailing 3 times but no reply. Tried phoning but the number came back suspected scam. I am owed a refund but seem unable to get it. Would not recommend using this website as appears to be a scam, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE
I placed an order for a house boiler on the 10th Jan. I had a response that my order had been confirmed. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted the company to ask for an update on my item. They respond straight away with a delivery date. The deliver date come and not item arrived. I contacted them again and got a response within in a few minuets. I then got a new delivery date. That date has passed now and the company are not responder to my emails.
All the positive reviewers have only reviewed this website, so can't be genuine. I emailed the website and got a gramatically-questionable 'pigeon english' response . I would like to know what the scam actually is. If I order and pay by credit card, I just get my money back with the goods fail to show up, surely?
This company is advertising microwave ovens for sale at a ridiculously low price.There are numerous indicators that this is not a genuine company.The obvious one is that the contact address is clearly shown as a Construction & Landscaping Company in Hull, East Yorkshire which deals mainly in stone cladding.The addresses and mobile numbers shown do not match.The payment link is first via Dublin and then to a company called Yo Home which is in Poland but which has chinese writing in the logo.The microwaves show as being dispatched from Poland despite this being avertised as a UK based business.
