My flight was canceled, and I expected better assistance, especially since we often book flights for companies like yours, trusting that you'll help in situations like this. However, you didn’t provide any support, simply declined my request, and didn’t return my calls. On top of that, my flight cost $800 more than usual. This is seriously disappointing, and your customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered.”
The driver turned up 25 minutes late and did not have the address I was going to. I ordered a Mercedes and ended up with a Ford estate. The driver was on the phone and texting for much of the trip. He also wanted payment but I had prepaidI will never use mytransfers again

JUST TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT IF THEY USE THIS COMPANY, THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO GO ROUND ALL OF THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY AND FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE AN UNDERLYING ILNESS. I DON'T THINK PEOPLE REALISE THIS WHEN THEY TAKE OUT THE POLICY.My niece travelled to Australia on 7 January 2024 for a backpacking holiday and used this company for insurance.On 9 January 2024 her nana passed away very suddenly and she flew back as soon as she could.She made a claim to Explore Travel and was told that her nana had an underlying condition which resulted in her dying and they were refusing to pay out.She appealed the decision and the underwriters CSA also refused the claim as they said the death was from an underlying condition. Even though she produced a letter from her nanas GP stating that she visited the patient on 8 January and she was no where near death and in her opinion travel should not have to be postponed.I just want to point out that people are probably unaware that they would need to ask all of their immediate family if they are ill. This is unacceptable as some people don't want anybody to know they have an illness. I think it is an invasion of privacy asking people if they have an underlying illnesses.I think insurance companies should be more transparent with their policies as there is so much small print.
