HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I NEVER received my order even though it was marked as in transit. The communication from the support team is lacking, and they seem indifferent to my issues. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they would not issue a refund after over a month without receiving my item.
My son placed an order on 12/18 and received nothing but excuses. Terrible company to deal with. They won’t refund, only offer store credit? Why would we want store credit when we never received the original order? Avoid this company.
I ordered a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas and was charged $80. Since then, I have heard nothing from them! I sent multiple emails to their support address and only received one response saying it would ship soon. I placed my order on December 11th, 2025, and have yet to receive anything. Despite my constant requests for updates or a refund, I have never heard back. This company has essentially taken $80 from me, which feels criminal. I can’t understand how they are still operating.
